WHAT DO I NEED TO BRING WITH MY CATS?
All we ask is that you bring their food and something that reminds them of home. Perhaps a blanket, or a t-shirt with your scent on it. We supply the feeding bowls and kitty litter. Unless you use a special litter that is out of the ordinary, then you must provide that litter. Same with their feeding bowls. If you want to bring their own toys, we cannot be responsible if they go missing but we do record what items your pet comes in with and do our very best to keep track of them to ensure they all return home with them.
HOW CAN I CHECK ON MY PET DURING THEIR STAY?
We have a live pet cam that you can link into with an app that you would need to download. Because there are multiple places for your pet to hide, they may not be visible at all times. But you are able to move the cameras view around with your finger on the app and you can also hold down a speaker button to talk to them. Once you have dropped your pet off, I will email or text you a link for the app and it will include a User Code to "Join a Home". Then, you just join our home, drop down the top left corner to the "Critter Cams" option and away you go!
Some people prefer NOT to have access to the camera and that's ok. If you would like, I can text or email you pictures and updates instead.
MY PET HAS A SPECIAL DIET. CAN THEIR NEEDS BE ACCOMMODATED?
Absolutely. Anything they need.
CAN I HAVE A TOUR OF THE FACILITY PRIOR TO BOOKING?
For sure! Please just call or email to book an evening or weekend tour. Sorry, no morning tours.
